Arpita Bhattacharyya

Arpita Bhattacharyya is a Manager in Channel Operations and Project Development at SunPower Corporation. During her time at Yale she worked with Professor Brad Gentry and Professor Todd Cort on the Global Network for Advanced Management online course, "Natural Capital Managing Risks and Capturing Opportunities in Global Resource Systems." Prior to SOM, she was a policy analyst at the Center for American Progress, working with former EPA Administrator Carol Browner on both international and domestic energy and climate policy. She led the India program on Climate and Energy, publishing over 20 original reports and analyses. Arpita was also a consultant for CAP's Climate, Migration, and Security project, researching in India and Bangladesh on the impact of climate change on migration and security in the region. At SOM, she is focused on innovative business models to address energy and climate challenges.
