Charlotte Kaiser

Charlotte Kaiser is the Head of Impact Finance at BTG Pactual Timberland Investment Group. She formerly led the the impact investing unit of The Nature Conservancy, a team of 24 professionals structuring transactions that deliver conservation impact alongside a financial return. Charlotte started her career at The Nature Conservancy developing the Conservation Notes, which has raised $25M of debt capital for The Conservancy from impact investors. A former community development banker, Charlotte holds a BA from Harvard University in Environmental Science & Public Policy, a Masters in Environmental Science from the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies, and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
