Pooja Jain-Link

Pooja is Head of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Consulting at Capital One. Pooja is formerly Executive Vice President at the Center for Talent Innovation in New York. Prior to that, she worked as a Sustainability Consultant for Bigelow Tea. She received her MBA and MEM from Yale in 2013 and her BA from Duke University.
