Harshit Agrawal
Harshit graduated with a Master of Environmental Management and as a Three Cairns Scholar, specializing in business and energy.
During his time at Yale, Harshit co-founded a climate tech startup and won the 2023 Climate Innovation Intensive at Tsai CITY. Later, He worked with a $20B AUM family office helping build their climate-AI growth equity fund and with a Houston-based climate VC building their grid-tech investment thesis and supporting sourcing and diligence for early-stage investments. Currently, he is a fellow at CBEY, supporting collaborative research efforts with Avangrid.
Prior to Yale, he worked for over five years at one of India’s largest public energy corporations, where he led energy strategy, market analysis, power trading, and solar expansion, while optimizing $200M+ in annual supply chain operations.
Harshit holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), and enjoys literature, writing poetry, and hiking in his free time.
