Martin holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree with First Class Honors from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, where he was named valedictorian for being the overall best student. He also obtained a Professional Certificate from the Ghana School of Law and is admitted to practice law in Ghana as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana. Martin was awarded the John Mensah Sarbah Memorial Prize at the 2024 call to the Bar for being the overall best student for the Professional Law Course. Martin was also awarded the best student in Civil Procedure Award.
